Remember to check out resturant street anytime past 8pm when it really gets going and get some sea food on the marina, its superb in many of the resturants there!
The bus from Santa Eulalia (http://www.ibizabus.com) will take you to Ibiza town and its fantasic late night markets and resturants by the marina and in the old town.
Grab a drink at the Queen Victoria Pub in Santa Eulalia as well! Also Mambo's beach side cafe is a bit of an insiders secret, it lies just off the road between Santa Eulalia and Es Cana, 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride, just ask for Hotel Santa Eulalia. Thats a fantasic place to hang out!
