weve just booked a super one. look at site nerjavillas.net theyre all privately owned by one guy who i have spoken to many times and has been really efficient posting receipts and maps etc. Ours is amack on the beach(well. 300metres away) and v.close to a shop and a hotel should you need "supplies" - sounds right up your street - and no hilly walk back up form the beach which you will find most villas have as the beach is at sea level(obviously!) and the villas all built on the hills.
