I used A1 travel to book my holiday this year. Never again!!
They over booked the hotel. They didn't ring back when they said they would. I went round in circles trying to talk to different people.

Never, never use A1 Travel!

it would not have been A1 travel who over booked the room but the tour operator who's holiday or if its a built holiday then the hotel booking agency [hotel beds/medhotels or the like]

we had a serious over booking problem on a holiday to turkey last month, purchased through A1 it was a Goldtrail holiday.. goldtrail local rep knew the week before we arrived that the hotel was overbooked and did nothing about it [arranging alternative accommodation]
