When we were there 3 years ago, we passed a really great looking place called the Solaris apartments. They also had good reviews at the time, although I haven't looked at more recent reviews. They were central and had lots of things for children e.g. games area with pool tables etc. Might be worth checking some reviews. We had a great time in Kassiopi and I think you've made a good choice considering the ages of your children.
