hi

we have been to bali for the last 4 years going back in august do not know much about the hotel you are staying in but i am sure the children will have a wonderful time

Have not stayed at this particular hotel but stayed on Tanjung Benoa a few hundred yards from it. The beach is OK but not really suitable for swimming - at least I did not see anyone swimming in it. When the tide is out it reveals a rock reef that starts just about where the beach meets tha sea. There are a number of local shops bars and restaurants in this area, and it does not quite have the groomed appearance of the purpose built Nusa Dua resort area which is nearby.

Do you think perhaps I might be better off looking in another area of Bali then?
Thanks for the replies, it all helps!
