Thankyou for booking your holiday with direct hols. We endeaver to ensure that we update our clients as soon as possible when we receive information from the oversea resort manager. He has informed us the hotel next door to this property is currently undergoing a refurbishment programme. The work taking place will have minimal effect to the hotel ambassador.
Furthermore as to minimise any possible disturbance to guests, the hotelier has confirmed that all effort will be made to allocate guests in the block furthest away from the refurbished hotel.
We are confident this work will not have a detrimental effect on your overall holiday enjoyement. If you wish to discuss this contact Customer relations.
What I really want to know, is it possible to change hotels, at no extra cost to us, as I cant beleive it will have minimal effect, as the damn refurbishment is taking place next door., also I dont beleive they can allocate all guests to the block furthest away. Hi. Thankyou all very much for your replies and advice. Have been trying to ring direct holidays up now for the last two days, and they aint picking the phone up, I've never know anything like it, so I am going to sent an email now, and hopefully they won't be as slow replying to the email as they are picking up the phone.
.I than rang Direct Holidays who informed me that as i was not travelling untill 14 weeks and they would notify me nearer the time and i would be able change Hotels at no extra cost.
