can anyone advise which one to choose from the following hotels in agra?the taj view hotel, or cheaper howard park plaza. i am only there for 1 night (10/11pm) and leaving first thing after viewing taj mahal...however, because i have 2 young kids, i initially chose the taj view, but as its quite dear (just to "sleep"in), i was thinking about changing it to park plaza...but have read some not-so- good reviews about the latter and am not sure wether to risk it (its about half the price tho)

I was at the Howard Plaza in agra about 3 weeks ago
the hotel is fine just stayed the 1 night. It suited our needs and we were hardly there apart from sleeping in the room which was clean and tidy.
As with all the hotels in India the staff are freindly and helpful
