We went to the Casino Royal last year (in Lloret) with Sunways/Northern Holidays, we flew with Monarch, but Sunways specialise in coach holidays: http://www.sunways-direct.com/home.htm however their pick-up points are limited to Yorkshire, North West, Midlands and London areas.
