We are going on a Baltic cruise in July will I need long sleeves in the evening because of the air conditioning.I like to wear silky tops with no sleeves or short ones .
Our last couple of cruises have been noticably warmer on board, one was the Gem TA last Dec.
I think there is a trend to reduce fuel consumption, so the ships are being kept at slightly higher temps these days.
I would still take wrap just in case.

I found it quite warm although I too would advise taking a wrap just in case.
