I booked september flight Bangkok<->Phuket. I got a reservation number and "pending" info. Then nothing. I've checked the number with their reservation system and it does not find my reservation number.
I've sent emails to no reply.
Is airasia dependable?
We've used them. The admin side was fine, but did cop for some delay on one of the flights. People tend to fall foul of their 15kg luggage allowance as well, although they did not charge us and we were well over the 15kg.
Think you'll just have to keep badgering them until you get a reply. Has your card been charged?

I never heard from them again and credit card was not charged but I made a new reservation which went through same day.
