i am interested in a cruise with OV for feb 09 you have the option of flying MAN,BHX or LGW to barbados, you know it will be a charter but you are notified later as to which operator. obviously thomson/first choice have better legroom than say monarch or t/cook, does anyone have any clues to which airline will have these routes.i would prefer to travel from MAN, but would consider the others if better planes used. thanks in advance

TCX have been chartered for these flights in the past, I'm not sure who's been chartered for 2009. If it is TCX, their Airbus A332's will have the same seat pitch as TOM/FCA by then (TCX refurbs are due by May 08).

First Choice have also been operating a few(on behalf of TOM) so you may get lucky! they operated a couple of the MSY and regular BGI flights this winter.
Generally speaking if it is from BHX or EMA it should be TOM(or FCA) due to difficulties with the A330 taking off from BHX (a fully laden 767 struggles) MAN and LGW as dazbo says tend to be TCX however their are odd dates we do them. If you do book it, pm me around sept/october and I should be able to answer you as to who is doing the flight.
