I am flying to Dalaman from Manchester this Thursday (11th) and have booked flights through airflights.co.uk. The airline is Onur Air.
Airflights say they have not received our tickets yet and have set up a "ticket on departure" for us. We have to pick up the tickets 2 hours before our flight leaves at the airport agencies deck in T2. I have always booked directly through an airline previously when I've been flying to Dalaman because I never liked the idea of booking through a 3rd party like Airflights. Now I have succombed to the cheap tickets they were offering, it seems my fears are being realised.

Has anyone else had experience of collecting their tickets like this? I have read on this forum that Airflights are a reputable company and whenever I have rung them, they've always answered quickly and been helpful, so should I just stop worrying?

If the tickets don't turn up and I can't get on this flight, I will be absolutely devasated, but more to the point, my girlfriend WILL kill me!!!

Advice and past experiences would be greatfully received!
