Looking ahead to our next holiday I was reminded I needed to book Manchester Airport car parking. An e mail from APH, whom I have used previously, jogged my memory and I linked through to their booking site to be quoted a price for Long Stay 2. Before finally booking I decided to just check other sites and a "google" brought up Holiday Extras who offer free car parking if you can find cheaper elsewhere within 24 hours. They were quoting £10 more so I decided to take them up on their offer. The terms and conditions quote that loyalty bonus discounts are not comparable so the price promise wasn't eligible as I hadn't linked the email with a discount but that was what APH were giving me as a returning customer.
Fortunately I had taken out the cancellation policy so I cancelled and will re book with APH.As it happens I have used Holiday Extras in the past but they were not offering a discount for previous customers.
I think they are a bit devious in their advertising, you can make up your own mind.
I certainly won't use them again as a result anyway.
I have used APH (Sharlston) since 1987 when they were known as Security Parking except for a couple of times. Most helpful bunch of people it would be hard to find. Booked with them yesterday for our holiday in October £45.41 including VAT
We got caught out at LS2 last time because we flew back in to T1 instead of T2. Have you ever tried to make the connection to LS2 from there. What a pain!
http://www.moneysupermarket.com . click on the pink 'vouchers' box then type 'airport parking' in the search box. Take it from there or try looking at the voucher codes websites.

What I have found in the past is that it is best to book parking as early as possible because the prices go up later. The cheapest prices i have found are usually on Jean
We've booked with Holiday Extras many times, with no problems and cashback with Quidco.
You will sometimes see other parks that are cheaper but I don't want someone else parking my car, I don't want to leave my keys, and I do want a car park "on airport"
- where sometimes if the buses are busy or it's a nice day, you can even walk to the carpark.
