When we've booked transfers there's usually been someone waiting for us with our name on a board as we came through arrivals.
If you book with Resort Hopper they have a desk right by the exit, you report to them and they will tell you a bay number in which their bus is standing and then they may or may not transport you to Benidorm within a reasonable time depending on your flight, the first time we used them it was excellent we got on the coach and left straight away and picked us up on time for the return, the last time we were mucked about, sitting on the coach awaiting other flights from which perhaps only two came on to the coach, I suppose that you can not expect them to organise individual transport but it is annoying to sit around waiting and I would perhaps consider a taxi, if there are three of you it will not work out much dearer and you will get individual service.
Hi glenamber ... as has been suggested, some transfer operators have their own desks inside terminal buildings, while others just have reps or drivers waiting in the arrivals hall with a company name or passenger name displayed on a board. It depends who you book with.
