Hi Matt,

Plenty of bars will be open, and there should be a quite a few people around to have a beer with. Pop up to our bar - Floyd's Bar - and we can point you in the right direction for a bit of fun. PM me a couple of weeks before, and let me know what you are looking for Xmas dinner-wise, and I will give you some pointers.

Stayed at Pateo Village recently and the 'trek' as some say in fact took us with 2 young children just over 10 mins to get into the old town and they also provide a courtesy bus although a taxi will be needed back. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the PV.

There will be plenty of bars/restuarants open over the xmas period although a lot close for xmas day. Will not be there myself until the 27th but definately pay a visit to Floyds bar where you will be well looked after. http://smileys.on-my-web.com/repository/Drinks/drinking-13.gif

Thanks a lot to you both. Will definitely be in touch closer to the time. I'll be ready for the break by then, so I'm sure Floyds can be assured of a few euros crossing the bar!
