Hi Annie,
Log on to http://www.albufeira.com . There are up-to-date photos of the roadworks on there.

It's still a bit of a mess in the Old Town Annie, but is slowly getting there. It's very dusty and is probably better accessing from the side streets.

There are 6 of us ranging from 53 to 1 year old any suggestions of where we could go for good food a few drinks and a bit of music, also where we would all be made welcome. We are staying at villa Miraflores in the Sao Joao area of Albufeira. Any info gladly received :?

Depending on what food your looking for, my lot are very fussy eaters so we tend to go english (boring i know but it works for us) try Mary Anns
just off the strip down by the post office the food is fantastic and the kids will be made very welcome. For music you got more than you could wish for, but try Wild Bill Hiccups on a Tues (last year anyway) Johnny Cochrane great night live music and a bit of dance.
