My daughter has just told us that she will be presenting us with our first grandchild in November - fantastic news

However, we have booked and placed a £150 deposit on a room in Albuquerque Villas for three weeks from 17 November 2007 which we will have to cancel.I have e-mailed Albuquerque to do this and retrieve my deposit but so far no response so just thought I'd see if anybody fancies taking over the booking.
We have stayed at the Albuquerque twice and love it. It's nearly always fully booked. It's opposite the new "Lemon Tree" hotel in Candolim. The room has double bed, fridge, TV, balcony and bathroom. Linen and towels changed every other day and the place is kept spotless. It's very handy for everything, yet very peaceful as it's set back from the road in palm trees. Not sure of the 2007 room rate but expect it to be around 800 rps per night in November and 1000rps in December.
