Does anyone have any info on this hotel? It's in Candolim and also goes by the name of The Goan Village I think. Any info would be greatly appreciated as I've booked here for next March. Also any info on My Travel Airways would also be appreciated.

Hi my friends stayed there 2 years ago nice pool and restaurant rooms had air cond and were quite large but very old fashioned very handy position in candolim and they said the service was good sorry cant be more helpful

Thanks for the info. We went there twice for meals the last time we were in Goa and they were very good, and cheap (198 rupees for a 3 course meal). We went at night but the place looked okay, security guards on and everyone was pleasant and cheerful.

Hi,
We stayed here in March 2005. Its very nice and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and all rooms have air con and a fridge which they fill will water/beer etc which you pay for when you leave and is restocked daily. The rooms are locked by a bolt and a padlock on the door which looks a little unsafe but is fine and there is 24 hour security. The pool is nice and there is entertainment on some nights and it is in a very good location.

we have booked this hotel for next march with manos. but now i'm a bit worried. i tried to book an extra room for the hotel and it's not on any of the websites for manos going places mytravel. i contacted manos and they claim it is fully booked which if this is the case it must be good. by the way they claim it is booked all season. what do you think ? dont want a suprise 2 weeks before we go swapping hotels.

When we went to Goa earlier this year with my parent they didn't like the hotel they were staying in and we went back to the Goan Village to see if they had any room and they said they were fully booked all summer. Taking this into consideration I would say that your tour operator is telling the truth, from my experience there last year and this year it has always been fully booked.
