Not stayed at this hotel ,but stayed at plenty all inclusives ,usually ,get chips, burgers ,chicken, turkey , stews, fish ,plenty of choice, the thing i like about a/i is if you dont like ,leave it and get something else ,far as i am concerned it is the only way to holiday, especially with kids .

thanks we will prob go out in the evening anyway, and im sure the days we are not on a boat trip they will get there moneys worth on the pop ect
There are many fab places to eat in Icmeler so if the food is repetitive you can always eat out a couple of evenings.
genius have you not thought that the AI is the ideal choice to start weaning your kids away from chips?
Mine love the fact that they can try lots of different foods on the buffets but if they really don't like it, which is extremely rare, they can have the usual UK junk.

I have never stayed all inclusive but a couple of my husband's friends worked in AI hotels so we have gone in for dinner on the odd occasion. To be honest I wasn't impressed with the food - it wasn't really Turkish but not chips and stuff either, I thought it was rather boring and our daughter wouldn't really eat anything - just a bit of chicken and rice. She loves Turkish food though and doesn't like chips or burgers or anything like that so we much prefer to go out to a good Turkish restaurant where we know we will all get good food.
I think if you go to a five start AI you will find the food much better but I still think it is pretty much the same every night.

We stayed AI in turkey 2 years ago and are going again this august with 2 boys. There was chips when we went but to be honest there is such a good range of food my kids hardly had chips at all.But they have been raised eating the same food as us so like to try different things, but i think even if you have fussy kids there will be something for them... theres always plain pasta on offer and the bread is lovely
The food we had in the AI that we went to in Turkey was bordering on the outstanding. There was a mulitude of choices.
It's not like every restaurant you go to outside of an AI in Turkey is wonderful. Turkey is like everywhere else in the world, some restaurants are great, some are OK, and some are rubbish. We ate out a few times when we were AI and to be honest the food in our AI hotel was better than some of what we were served outside of it.

Click Here for our reviews of this hotel. Although it's not called the 'Prestige' I think it's the same one judging by the hotel's website and they just call it Olyum

I met a couple who were staying here in October 2006 and they said the food was really good.Since then I think it is now popular with East European guests.
thanks for replys, will go out most evenings anyway as we have family staying in armutalan was just curious about food,to be honest we didnt pay much more than we do for sc,as for healthy eating they are my grandkids and yes i agree with healthy eating but my son will let his child eat just chips and bread, but she does love fruit just not meat
My motto is ,eat heathly at home and just go four it when you are on holiday. cause lets face it not every one has a holiday each year!!!!
We stayed at the Oylum - now Oylum Prestige - and, from our hotel report you can see thaat we enjoyed the food and the hotel.. Very friendly place.
