can anybody help looking for agood all inclusive with child age up to 16 if not a good half board
thanks janet
I know that you are looking for an all inclusive hotel but we have met people and heard of many others who have booked into an all inclusive in Corfu and have then found that there was no need to be in such a hotel and have then booked to come back in ordinary accommodation. Our experience is in Roda, the north of Corfu.
The village itself has lots to offer for different people with different budgets. There is a whole range of restaurants with wide ranging menus to cover different tastes. In the village there are lots of Greek Tavernas with traditional Greek dishes but they also offer English meals. There are also Italian, Chinese and Mexican restaurants.
The beach is sandy and wide, so there is plenty of room. The sea gently deepens so it is great for children and non-swimmers. There are many pool bars which offer free entry/sunbeds around the village. You will also find pedaloes, boat hire, boat trips, horse riding, bicycle/car/scooter hire, food and gift shops. There are several places that offer a free Greek night and there is a good supply of evening entertainment. Of course the travel shops offer excursions out of Roda, or if you prefer hop, on the ordinary bus services to Kassiopi, Acharavi, Sidari and Corfu Town.
Roda really does have everything and what you do is your choice. Have a look at the village's own website for further information found under officialroda.
I hope you find somewhere and have a great time!
