Has anyone been to this complex? We are booked in end of August and I was wondering what people think. They are not on the list of hotel reviews.

From Google results, this appears to be a complex, with at least some properties having been completed in summer 2005 - it's probable that the ongoing construction itemised in the site that you found won't be completed until 2007. I found 1 positive review of the complex dated 7th April 2006.
