WARNING: I have just experienced an awful problems with Alphaflights - Please be extra careful with them or better still don't use them.

1. You find your flight online then call them.
2. They send you an email of the required flight to which you have to reply to confirm.
3. They book something completely different and charge your card with it.
4. They say that they confirmed this with you and you agreed to the changes (despite your email proof stating it was wrong)
5. You try to resolve the matter but they hang the phone up on you.
6. You manage to speak with a supervisor who agrees to resolve the matter so long as you pay money (in my case over £400)
7. They tell you they have made a mistake but the employee who did this will lose his job and he has family to feed.
8. They will not resolve the matter 100%.

It appears that they do not book the flights straight away. I've read reviews....to late....where they have confirmed flights then asked for more money again.
DON'T BOTHER WITH THEM - THEY OFFER CHEAP FLIGHTS WHICH THEY CAN'T DELIVER.
