altinkum in october-still open??

hi, does anyone know if the resort is still up and running last 2 weeks of october-and if the hotel garden of sun will be fully operational? i don't fancy going if everywhere is closing-any info would be a great help, many thanks
Dolphin square stays pretty lively but nothing like the summer months, in my experience from being there the last week anything outside dolphin square is dead to be honest, they were welding shut our reception while we were there and the restaurant across the road
