hi all first time to Portugal staying the Duas Palmeiras apartments in the Sao Joao area any comments on these or can you tell me is it near the strip or old town i think it is near the strip if so how far to the old town.

If you look on http://www.holiday.co.uk you'll see that Duas Palmeiras is 1.4 km from the Old Town and 600m from the Strip. But it doesn't give the address. If you can find out the street name you can easily find that on http://www.albufeira.com/map/city/default.asp.
