I replied to one of your posts on TA but I will post it here too:

You can walk from Bodrum but it is a fair way, it's only really a couple of miles but you have to go over the hill so it feels further. I have done it though and it is quite nice if the weather isn't too hot. I think it took about 45 minutes but I'm not to sure as I wasn't timing it, we weren't walking fast though.

It takes about 25 minutes by bus from Bodrum to Turgutries, if you go on a saturday you can catch the weekly market.

There are also lots of other places you can visit by bus from Bodrum, all within 30 minutes drive.

Sorry, I don't know about Thai spas though I have never heard of one.
