Lot's of young travellers to be found at Palolem and some around Benaulim, in the South . Up North at Arambol and Vagator .
Sadly I'm no longer one of them

I'm 22 and I've been 3 times and love it. There are 9 of us going in March and we'll be travelling all over. We'll mostly be chilling out on the beach.
Was devastated to here that Cubana is no longer open
 :(

If you are hinting at the "Club" 18-30 scene, then you are not far of the mark.
There are very few places you can "boogie on down" till dawn, but still lots of people in that age bracket, mainly traveller/backpackers, and most hang/chill around Arambol, Vagator and Anjuna in the north, and Palolem and Patnem in the south.
Don't worry you can still hang till sunrise, just at a lower key than say Ibiza.
Oh! and us "old timers"
  won't get in your way.
In fact you may have trouble keeping pace with some of them

Now just who could i be hinting at
