King Stork is close to The Goan Heritage down holiday road
past Maggies on the right hand side on your way to the beach,
its not close to the TAJ thats a few miles away.

Ann was it a restaurant when you were there because as far as I can tell they have now made it into a hotel. - Mary
Kingstork is still a restuarant but they have taken most of the ground and made a one storey accomodation block with reception and a swimming pool. Cant comment what it's like but it looks top rate and finished to a very high standard, also its in a prime location close to the beach, Hope this helps Alan

Are you booking directly with them or through a travel company? I can't find on info on it( apart from the restaurant)
It's all one word if you do a search - kingstork. Fiona I phoned a lady whose number I got off Pretty petals website and she put me on to these apts, uk number, she's a travel agent and regularly goes here. If you go to http://www.kingstork.com you will find pictures - they look very nice.

it does look nice- I'll add it to our reviews.
Reading this reminded me of when we went for a meal at King Stork (lovely meal by the way). Two ENORMOUS rats...size of cats...ran through the restaurant. We had to lift our feet!

I was given a rate of £21 a night for October.

I quite like the look of it but would prefer to see a review first.
Just booked 5nights at Kingstork in feb2008
we then move on to the Phoenix Park.
Cost per night in Kingstork works out around
£21 with todays exchange 9000rps for 5 nights.
hope its as good as it looks on the web,Stanley
sounds quite nice in his e-mails and very prompt
with his reply,a nice change from most Goan Hotels.
