King Stork is close to The Goan Heritage down holiday road
past Maggies on the right hand side on your way to the beach,
its not close to the TAJ thats a few miles away.

Kingstork is still a restuarant but they have taken most of the ground and made a one storey accomodation block with reception and a swimming pool. Cant comment what it's like but it looks top rate and finished to a very high standard, also its in a prime location close to the beach, Hope this helps Alan
Yes King Stork was just a restaurant 2yrs ago, stayed
in Candolim the last 3 holidays and SouthGoa ,so many
places are changing every time we go.

Reading this reminded me of when we went for a meal at King Stork (lovely meal by the way). Two ENORMOUS rats...size of cats...ran through the restaurant. We had to lift our feet!

I was given a rate of £21 a night for October.
reply from kingstork today,it was fully booked up untill
the 3rd of feb 2008,so have requested room from the 3rd
waiting reply as to cost,Fiona has had a quote of £21 per
night in october.

I quite like the look of it but would prefer to see a review first.
we then move on to the Phoenix Park.
Cost per night in Kingstork works out around
£21 with todays exchange 9000rps for 5 nights.
hope its as good as it looks on the web,Stanley
sounds quite nice in his e-mails and very prompt
with his reply,a nice change from most Goan Hotels.
