Booked to go to Mexico next August - hopefully on the Dreamliner (if it's in service). It will be my first holiday abroad for 20 years and our first family holiday abroad - to celebrate my daughters 18th birthday!!

I think I will hang on till January and see if James Villas has one of their early booking offers where you get free car hire, free travel insurances and a free welcome pack as the cumulative effect of those three brought their prices down to similar to their competitors, and the last two years the standard of propery they used and their customer service was excellent.

Booked Costa Brava with Siesta for next year, same week and resort as this year and only about £50 more expensive.
I expect we will have to pay a fuel supplement of some sort though nearer the date

I'm itching to book something but hubby is losing his job at the end of November so we can't make any plans yet. Am hoping to pick up a last minute bargain as some point while he's off work.

We are away on holiday in just under 6 weeks and then again at the end of January.

The wife has managed to get most of her holiday requests agreed with the exception of sept. , but I'm now looking to book for march and June very soon , I've already been pricing it all up and searching around and it looks like St Lucia in march and Minorca in June , not sure about sept. but will book for Dubai again in November when the right time comes round .

Aaaagh! The NHL have announced a lockout so there may not be a hockey season for the top flight teams!!! Hopefully they will patch things up before the season officially kicks off mid October. There are other teams to watch but it would be like going to Manchester for the soccer and then having to watch Tranmere Rovers and Preston North end instead of United or City!
Flights all booked for malaga. Just starting to think about where we'll stay. Quite fancy a vill/apartment around nerja.

Going to stay with my brother-in-law and the parents-in-law are so desperate for us to go out that they are paying for our flights.
