Hello Figgywig, just got back from Kalithea, firstly, the weather was fantastic the whole week we were there, in it's 30's each day, secondly, Kalithea, we stayed at the other end of Kalithea to where your hotel is, there is not alot in Kalithea itself, perhaps four bars and about six restaurants, but they're all dotted along a long strip, however, we went into Faliraki or Rhodes old town most days, it cost us 9 euros single trip to Faliraki and 7 euros single trip to Rhodes, can't say anything about your hotel as we stayed elsewhere, but the hotel we stayed in was a five minute walk to the beach, all the other hotels that are all along the opposite end to us are either on the beach or again, a five minute walk, any other questions, just let me know.
