Here's their email addie - might be best to drop them a line?
We have stayed here a few times and love the hotel.
The hotel does provide pool towels free of charge. It has both nice indoor and outdoore pools, A few years ago they use to ask to keep your room key as security, however when we were there in December they seemed to have stopped this.
There is also plenty of clean towels provided everyday if you want them, in your room. We have never taken towels with us.
Hope you have a lovely time.
Thank you, that's really helpful, more room for shoes lol!
I would, wouldn't I
Yes, they supply towels and if you ask at reception they will also supply fluffy bath robes as well. Generally you will find them at the bottom of the wardrobe in your room.
My daughter works for {Pestana Group and I can guarantee that you will have the best stay possible at their hotels (Yes, they supply towels and if you ask at reception they will also supply fluffy bath robes as well. Generally you will find them at the bottom of the wardrobe in your room.
Sorry, I should have said pool towels, obviously they'd supply towels in the bathroom
Whilst bathrobes are provided in some Pestana hotels and certain types of rooms (superior) having stayed in the Dom Joao twice we have never been provide with them (standard room). This has been no problem to us as you get what you pay for and the superior rooms are a lot more expensive. The bathrobes however have been on sale at reception should you wish to purchase one.
I am just posting this in case you have booked a standard room and may now go expecting the bathrobe and end up being disappointed. Pool towels as previously stated are provided free of charge.
Pestana are IMO an excellent well run hotel group.
Enjoy yourselves.
