Anyone used Gocruise?

Just wondered if anyone has used Gocruise the online franchise? If so, any positive or negative advice, before i go for it and book a cruise, is welcome?

Yes, I've used them a few times. They are specialists on cruise and very knowledgeable and helpful. The guy I use every time is called XXXX and his number is XXXXXXXXX. He's a really nice guy & can't ever doi enough for me!!
