I'm loving it too Glynis and it's reawakened my fascination with that part of the world between Turkey and China. As a young child, I'm talking primary school age, I went through a phase of being archaeology mad and my granddad fed it by rooting out books by some of the old generation of archaeologists at the time and Persepolis went on my wish list. Unfortunately by the time I could have afforded a trip there, the politics of the area made it an unrealistic holiday destination. So I was so jealous of her when she went there but who knows, I might still make it ine of these days!
