Trips can be made to Pirates and western water park but the trips do involve about 1 1/2 hour coach trips each way, most tour operators arrange these.
There is a smaller water park in Alcudia that you can get to by bus.
Pollensa is a lovely resort and I am sure you will receive loads of info

The Bahia Pollensa apts are a bit out of the way. The walk to the beach is not far, but to get into the centre of Puerto Pollensa takes a bit of time. That said, off the coast road going towards the centre there is a road by the Pollensa Park hotel that has a few places such as Palms - quite good for families. On into the town centre, good bars for families would be Bony in the main square or JKs near to the square.

As Biff says there is a waterpark in Alcudia - Hidropark - but it is not as big as the ones in the south of the island. The beach in Puerto Pollensa is good - sandy and shallow sea.
