In marmaris you can expect to pay approx £15-£25 per night for good appartments (GreenPark) for example.

Hotels can range from £5-£15 or higher depending on what quality of hotel you require.

I assume you are talking about rental for holiday purposes, and not the purchase of property.

Im not sure of the costs in Side but when somone posts you will have a basis for comparison above.

That equates to around £40 per day assuming its for 7 nights. (could be 8 nights depending on your arrival time)

For that Price id expect 4* plus accomodation.

Thanks Philmarcus That helps a lot. I generally stay in Icmeler but was hoping to go and see a friend whilst i was there but 700 lira seems a lot and it would only be for 5 nights

Its worth emailing some hotels and haggling with them, you can save a substantial amount of money, especially if you also agree prior supply of Aircon/Safes.

Remember Turkey is not particularly busy this year so especially with accomodation in the smaller hotels/aparts you have alot of haggling power.
