I've read some good an bad reviews about this thomson fly route, and have read a little about what to expect from the journey. I'm travelling to Aruba in July, booked with first choice. I understand the plane will be a former first choice airways boeing 767-300. I'm wondering if anyone has flown this route? I'm thinking of paying £190 each to upgrade our flights to premium, but I'm not sure if it's worthwhile. Any advice much appreciated.
Carl.
The general opinion on whether it is worth upgrading is that it is personal preference that only the individual can decide.

As Luci says it is personal preference. I have flown to Aruba twice with First Choice without upgrading and had excellent comfortable flights both times. So for me it is not worth the extra. We had plenty of leg room and you can pay £5 for extra films and to be able to stop and start them.
Have a great trip!
