Hi Roma its a form that needs to be filled in,we did it on line,Advanced passenger information,it has to be submitted before travel,i just went onto thomsons website for ours

I think we gave our details to the travel agent or Monarch over the phone...

Registering your API
Your airline will usually ask you to supply the passenger details found on the ‘machine-readable' page of your passport - that is the page containing your photograph.

You may be asked for your:
full name
date of birth
gender
passport number
country that issued your passport
date of passport expiration
You may occasionally be asked for additional information - such as the address of your first night's stay.

Your information will be taken either at the time of booking or by an automated passport reader during check-in. In most cases, if you do not provide your API in the time required, you may not be allowed to travel.

Hi Noel & Geraldine - Look forward to seeing you both at the Carvery. We're staying in our usual haunt - just behind Bob's Inn.

Bring it on! :tup
