Hello - we stayed at this hotel last August on a late AOA deal and we have booked to go for 14 nights direct with the hotel for Xmas and New Year this year
Whilst you could say not say we were on our honeymoon (married for 45years this year  ) we thoroughly enjoyed it
We normally stay in Limassol but decided on a change this year
The food is of a very good standard with plenty of variety and you can opt for a BO all inclusive - no not the awful type - Beverages Only or a full inclusive i.e. all food and drink as is usually included in such arrangements
Honestly if you could manage a full breakfast buffet lunch at the beachside taverna and then an evening meal you could well and truely be classed as a GOOD EATER its awesome
The hotel has plenty of facilities and activities during the day and night the staff are very attentive and friendly
The only real downside is that it isa good way out of Paphos itself and the use of a car helps

I am sure you will have a great time as they certainly know how to take care of their guests at this hotel

Please let me know is there is anything else you want to know

Bye the way congratulations on your forthcoming wedding

Regards - Ann

Thank you for that Ann... we have gone for the All Inclusive... as I say not normally into all inclusives as I like to get out and explore normally and intergrate, try to learn abit of the langugage and so on, however you know, this is our honeymoon so it lying by the pool drinking cocktails.

Speaking on which, thats the only complaint we have heard, the all inclusive cocktails are very watered down... did you try them?

We were just on HB so I can not comment on any aspect of all inclusives - sorry

We only drink wine with our meal so it really was not worth our upgrading to the all inclusive as we go out and about most days visiting our friends and as they mostly live towards the Limassol area we are out for quite alot of the time

We may consider the BO option at the Xmas and New Year though as we will be having our festive meals in the hotel with friends visiting and more than likely staying over

Incidentally for anyone visiting for a second time it is well worth pricing the holiday to DIY - ours has worked out considerably cheaper especially for a dear friend who is going with us and needs a single room The hotel looks very favourably at repeat bookings

Was just wondering about the size of the pool and surrounding area. From the brochure it does not look very large and only looks to have one and a half side for the sunbathing area which to me can only mean getting up in the middle of the night to bag a bed  which I hate.

Thanks Dawn

We stayed there a couple of weeks ago on our honeymoon.

Its a fantasic hotel, the best I have ever stayed at.

The pool is a decent size, quite big for the realatively small amount of rooms the hotel has. During the day we where often the only people in the pool.

There is loads of sunbathing around the pool, and there is also three large grassed areas with sunbeds and also the beach where there are also free sunbeds. We never had problems getting a bed, there was usually loads available in all areas at all times of the day. They do not allow sun bed saving before 9am, they take away the towels before then.

The entertainment is not brilliant, that is maybe its only down point, but we wasn't too bothered by this. If you go you will have a fantasic time, its one of the friendliest hotels I have ever been too!

Feel free to ask any questions you might have regarding the hotel! Here to serve! :D

Thanks for that "Balearicjobs" sounds really good and no towels allowed out before 9am that means I can have a lie in :P

Quick thing Dawn, if you haven't already booked one, when you get to the hotel see if you can ask them for a pool view room or pay for (or try to blag :D ) an upgrade to one of the sea view rooms. Not only are they worth it for the little extras you get but also some of the standard rooms look out away from the sea and onto a busy road. 75% of the rooms in the hotel are very good in terms of views, but I wouldn't want to be in one of the rooms at the back.

Just wondered if anyone has stayed here. I have had a look at the reviews for the hotel and it sound brilliant, but just wondered about the differing views of the beach.

Some say its small and pebbly and some say its lovely.

We do prefer the pool area but also like to have a couple of days on the beach.

Can anyone help?

Thanks Dawn

Also Carlsberge brewed on the island ..verry popular but
