You will have to go down in to the square area at Bugibba where you will find a couple, HSBC in the square and also The Bank of valleta on the promenade. It is only a few minutes walk from Fawlty Towers (Palm Court) down to them.
Transfer takes about 45 minutes - 1 hour depending on what route the driver takes.
You may find that your luggage is loaded in to a van and taken to the hotel rather than being placed on the coach with you.

there are also ATMs at the airport
There is an BOV (Bank of Valletta) ATM just twenty yards away from the front door of the Palm Court. As you walk out walk down the street directly opposite and it is on your right just after a pub which I think is called Goodfellas'
that sounds nice and near, is it a one you have to pay extra for? like the link atm's over here.
it makes no difference who's ATM you use
also one next to the casino on the promenade
