Be careful withdrawing money from ATMS in France We live in Spain and have an all Euro account Last month we had a few weeks in France The charges for withdrawals from Cash machines in France were Horrendous.18 Euros to withdraw 300 Euros from our Spanish bank account No Conversion just Euros Anyone else with similar experiences???????????
It all depends on your bank's charges ... I withdraw Euros frequently from my UK account with a flat charge of £1.50 and that's all on top of the money I withdraw.
It might be wise to check with your bank before you leave ....
