I went there two years ago with my boyfriend and everyone was so nice to us, we met quite a few friendly people aswell!! The people which work over there are so nice and most of the people which try and get you in to their bars are English anyway! You will love it!!

I can confirm that it is most deffo Gay friendly in Napa, there are not many out & out Gay bars or clubs though but there are a couple.
