I go on to the Silver line again- and to be frank I think we needed a translator. Eventually it was understood and he quoted me the price and what had been refunded. Great- now can you just email me that? No- I had to go online to get the receipt. So have filled up the request and now I get the message that it could take 28 days to be sent. It would have taken the CS person 2 minutes to type out what he quoted to me. Why is everything so needlessly difficult?
