not sure about the availability in Ca'n Picafort, but we have recently come back from Mallorca and the price of Pampers and nappies in general is extortionate!!! 13euros (approx) for 18 nappies. The equivalents are not much better, even the locals pay a lot in their supermarkets.

The main supermarkets stock nappies and baby food, but if you are looking for British-brand baby food, e.g. Cow & Gate, unlikely. There is a British store in Puerto Alcudia (9 kilometres) called Little Britain which has all this.

Hi - Pampers brand are available in most resorts and are usually VERY expensive.

The Spanish DODOT brand is actually Pampers (nappies are identical) and are more widely available and cheaper. You can also get DODOT wet wipes as well.

We used DODOT nappies and wipes for our twins and they were perfect - no leaks etc - wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
