Due to fly on Thursday(27th Sept),Just wanted to know if I can take "Bach rescue remedy" in my handbag,it is the spray type and a 20ml bottle.If I'm not allowed to take this would I be able to put kalms in my handbag,I need something to calm me down before the flight

.

As it is well within the 100ml allowance it will be OK, but you will have to put it in the clear bag for inspection.

Or for less hassle - pack the bottle and buy a tin of their rescue remedy pastilles for the journey :wink:

If you really hate flying then do a virgin fear of flying course my wife did it last year and the flew 5 more times in 6 month really recomend

I used this rescue remedy this year as I got so stressed out, it worked really well.

Just put mine in the clear bag, then moved it to my handbag for the plane.
