thanks GEL, its not bad thankfully just badly torn ligaments and maybe small hand bones... not big bones!!! the xrays were too dark despite 2 lots to be sure of much !!! 
but i'm lucky i dislocate (due to a connective tissue disorder) which prob saved my main bone they said
