Egypt is a fantastic place and we did manage most of the excursions in with Jollys:Cairo, ballooning, the V. Kings and Queens, and the nights out. The hotel was sublime, it what made the holiday as good as it was, we ate out a couple of times at local restaurants but for the same price the hotel food was far superior. The hassle in the streets was unreal, and in the end we resorted to ignoring them and trying not to give away which nationality we were. Also night life was abit lacking, the hotel put entertainment on but he was on "holiday" for the 1st week we were there
but even when the entertainment did come it was nothing special and very repetative.Not much of a useful post but if anyone is going to Luxor in the next few weeks with any questions my answers will be very fresh.
