Sunseeker, you spoke too soon....
ATB,J.
did you see package holidays undercover tonight. they din't show the half of it.
The Airtours rep was just a non-commital as those shown last night.
* Staff (FC) rude and couldnt care less
* Food Luckwarm and full of flies
* Hotel not complete
* Evening entertainment non existent
* Location very very remote
* Personal belongings going missing from room
* Beach totally unsafe
* AI drinks very selective ( if you dont like beer, vodka, gin, wine) then
have to pay for drinks
* Loads of items not AI
Do I have to go on. FC dont care about people only profits
Marion
Will never ever go back to this hotel
My worst was Grand Paradise Dom Rep,Lovley place shame about hotel.
villa marina club in salou!
The all-inclusive hotel in the world is....Molinos Park, Salou
the worst all inclusive ive been too is the royal park, elentie, bulgaria....... be warned dont try it its a waste of money
We went to the royal park this year I didn't think it was that bad. We had a great holiday. There's certainly room for improvement but we thought it was good value, you get what you pay for.
i agree you get what you pay for but we paid £3200 approx and definately didnt get our moneys worth, the food was that bad we lived on soup and crisps for two weeks. if you think it was ok then maybe they have done something about it but i have still been reading bad reports
Wouldn't return if you paid me
Did get a 60% refund but felt this wasn't enough
Had the worse holiday ever
im i right in thinking you went to pegasos palace when it first opened when there were alot of teething problems because we went in october and had a great holiday and have booked to go again in july 2006.
Yes we went 3 days after it opened! Lots of promblems the only good thing were the pools(if you didn't cut your feet) and the kids club. I have heard that its improved but we won't be going back!
Worst AI I have been to. Place unfinished (jul05), rubbish entertainment, infested with mozzies, drunken teenagers, poor food served in a canteen type hall, poor choice of AI drinks, poor service. Plus side, decent pools and very good medical facilities which was absolutely necessary for our families problems with stomach(on drip for 24 hours) and childs ear infections. Oh and the beach is atrocious and the sea currents dangerous.
Finally, if you do decide to go, watch the guys in the onsite shop who will try and confuse you with currency/pricing with the ultimate aim of ripping you off.
Anyone like Cauliflower cheese, brussel sprouts with cheese cooked Turkish style - prefer Turkish food whilst I am on holiday!
I went to Pegasos Palace in Turkey - it was FANTASTIC, went in October - loads of food, great pools, huge complex, great kids clubs, loads of sports activities, good entertainment in two huge outdoor amphitheatres, very swish rooms for a big family hotel. Yea the drinks were a bit limited, yea the beach is poor (cant do anything to it as its a nature reserve for turtles) but if you like being in one huge complex and not bothered about going out and about then this is for you.......now the problems have been sorted!!!! I would have no problems with going back whatsoever!
Beach is not totally unsafe - it can be walked on, sat on adults can swim in the sea, there are sunbeds - totally unsafe would imply it is full of landmines or something!
Tons of entertainment,s ome may not like it, but it is OK
Drinks selection was fine, food was not great but this has since been addressed I understand.
Location is out of the way, but I was under no illusions I'd be in the middle of a bustling town.
Worst AI for me was in Corfu, can't even remember the name of the cockroach infested safety hazard, have just blocked it out!
Five of us in total arrived at Bourgas airport to be informed that our Hotel Sunny Beach in Sunny Beach had overbooked us (even though we had booked 11 months in advance) However, we were informed that we would now be placed at Elenite holliday village. We were 10 kms away from the resort that we had chosen
This was in 2004 and the Royal Park was nearing completion. The Royal Bay's rooms were spacious and clean but the terraces were full of bird poo and the food was very monotonous. Also no entertainment other than kiddies club and lack of crocs and cutlery.
In my opnion due to the Royal Park having teething problems a lot of their holiday makers had to come over to the Royal Bay and it obviously was not able to cater for 2 hotels.
After constant crying and t/calls back to England we were moved 8 days later to Sunny Beach in an unfinished hotel. The Hotel was lovely even though it was unfinished. (The Fiesta Beach ) however, would not go back once bitten twice shy

Must be roughest hotel in Costa Dorada. Police were there every night of our stay because of guests fighting. Food was dreadful, pool area apalling, bar area filthy. Wouldn't go back if I was paid to.
definitely the worst ever..punta jabillo in costa teguise, lanza. The list of bad things is endless and you should read all the bad reports, they are all true. I was ill for over a month with an infection i picked up there, and i wasn't the only one...in fact i am truly astounded that the place is still open and being advertised as a 3* A/I holiday...i thought it was illegal under the trade descriptions act to falsely advertise.
I have to say that we've been very fortunate with the AI hotels we've stayed in although we did all get chronic tummy upsets at both the Iberostar Bavaro and Sunscape Punta Cana in the Dom Rep. Worst AI though was definitely the Pafian Sun Holiday Village in Paphos - cheap and nasty.
