I used Donny in March ( if that's recent enough) and Thomson were operating a bag drop off queue.

A party of four ( two pairs of elderly couples) broke their necks to get through the doors before me and join the queue - only to find out after 10 minutes that they were in the wrong queue - and then they caused chaos reversing out of the limited space provided inside those roped off zig- zag areas.
