baggage allowances.

i have booked a holiday through superior-travel,and have been given 20kg baggage allowance on a monarch flight.After reading some topics on here i am unsure if this 20kg allowance includes my hand luggage,some are saying their han luggage and suitcase are being weighed together.can anyone give me some help on this

just had a mon charter flight got 20kg hold and 5 hand
