Honest truth? I think is fine for 1 / 2 centre stays (i.e. beach & Ubud) but short for either further island hopping or if you fancy getting to other Indonesian islands.
However, baring in mind the flight will be at least 50% of your costs, and it's a long flight, if you, extend your stay. There's no shortage of possibilities to get the most out of 14/21 nights for sure...!

11 nights would be fine. Won't SA allow a free stopover though? It would be worth taking that option.( now make sure you spend at least a couple of nights in Ubud

11 nights should be fine. The trip by SIA is not too stressful. If you get the first flight out of Bali on the return trip you have just under an hour in Singapore so the overall duration isn't too bad. (I would consider a night or two in Singapore though!)
Don't forget a night or two in Ubud!

thanks everyone , still deliberating but Bali is one of the faves at the moment, will not bother with a stop in Singapore though, as been before, more time for Bali would be better I think, thanks again, shirley
Hi there, thanks for the info , but it won't be Bali this year now, we have booked Vietnam and Cambodia, still we can always try Bali another year.
