Stayed in the Balmoral in June 05. Hotel was spotless and vast majority of the food was great. We only had one night where some of us didn't have much choice, other than that it was fine.

Great location and far enough back not to get noise from the road.

The staff were very friendly and overall was a very comfortable stay.
